Refund policy

We operate a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without an authorised return request will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.


Exceptions/items that cannot be returned
Certain categories of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (including food, flowers or plants), customised products (special orders or personalised items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your specific item qualifies.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.


Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the one you have, and once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.


EU statutory 14-day withdrawal period
Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As described above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within ten working days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
